purchased Krups KM4055 Dec 09 from Krups on-line. Machine is broken down already; dead in the water. Customer service 800-526-5377 says all they can do is send me mailing label & I’m to box it up and ship for REPAIR!
This brandnew machine needs to be replaced! I’m out nearly $100. and all I get is “that’s our policy” 30 years of product loyalty and this is what we get?
