With its sleek look and durable steel-body construction, the Saeco TDCM-CC Renaissance provides an array of convenient features. The unit brews coffee directly into its 40-ounce stainless-steel and carbon fiber carafe by way of the specially designed carafe lid, effectively sealing in the heat and ensuring optimal flavor.
In addition, the carafe is thermal insulated, providing five hours of heat retention without the concern of burnt-tasting coffee. Other highlights include a convenient top-filling water tank and top-loading filter basket and a blue power indicator light. No burnt taste on your coffee and the coffee stays warm for several hours. But just like the other coffee machines, doesn’t make 8 cups.

What customers didn’t like was the lid design of the Saeco Renaissance. Coffee spills if the lid is not perfectly aligned with the carafe. The carafe is heavy and difficult to clean. The coffee machine is also big and bulky and takes up a lot of counter space in the kitchen.
